Tank Cleaning machine(Alfa Laval)

2 dimensional dynamic tank cleaning (Alfa Laval)

Features

FeaturesThe two-dimensional tank cleaning machine is a Rotary Spray Head that uses cleaning media to provide coverage and impact of the entire surface.
The static fixed spray balls clean in spots of water cascades leaving some areas uncovered, and requires large volumes of water, only providing low impact cleaning. The Rotary Spray Head device is a more effective alternative to traditional static spray balls as it uses low volumes of cleaning fluid at low pressure to provide physical impact on the tank interior.
The flow of the cleaning media causes the head to rotate and the fan-shaped jets lay out a swirling pattern throughout the tank.
The Rotary Spray Head device is suitable for all industrial cleaning applications including tanks, reactors, vessels and other containers ranging from 0.05 to 50m3, depending on dimensions and cleaning task. It is easy to replace a static spray ball with our Rotary Spray Head by simply uncliping the static spray ball and replacing it with a new clip-on Rotary Spray Head.

Three-dimensional dynamic tank cleaning (Alfa Laval)

Features

FeaturesTo achieve the best possible cleaning results, our Rotary Jet Heads use an optimized high-impact jet pattern to provide the highest possible 360°coverage.
This takes place automatically and provides effective tank cleaning and improves the tank cleaning process. The Rotary Jet Heads are ideal for cleaning processing, storage and transportation tanks and other vessels used in process, and other tough industries. The award winning design is particularly suitable for sanitary, pharmaceutical and other hygienic industries that follow the EHEDG guidelines.
The flow of the cleaning fluid makes the nozzles perform a geared three-dimensional rotation around the vertical and horizontal axes.
In the first cycle, the nozzles lay out a coarse pattern on the tank surface. Subsequent cycles gradually make the pattern denser, until a full pattern is reached after eight cycles.
To determine the right parameters for a specific tank, optional TRAX software may be used to simulate actual cleaning performance of a specific Rotary Jet Head configuration – prior to finalizing specifications and before installation.
